Wall Support Stainless Steel Kerbing

Wall Support Kerbing
Aspen Range - Stainless Steel Wall Support Kerbing

Stainless Steel Kerb

The Aspen Range of high quality, long term durable Wall Support Kerbing is designed and manufactured in Nottingham at our sister company, Canal Engineering Ltd.  The Aspen Wall Support Kerbing Range provides a hygienic and low maintainence interface between wall and floor finishes.  It also provides protection from general factory traffic.

Each of our Kerb Profiles are manufactured from 1.5 mm type 316 stainless steel sheets and can be manufactured to suit any width of insulated panel.

There are various profiles of wall support systems which all have specific applications:

  • For use with a 6-9mm polyurethane screed
  • For use with a full screed or with ceramic tiling
  • For use with existing or new concrete floors without specialist finishes
  • For use with all above situations, laid flat and level or laid to falls
  • Certain floors with uneven levels can also be accommodated

Each of the profiles is available as a double sided internal wall kerb, a single sided kerb, a clip on kerb or a double sided external wall kerb.  All ends, tees and corner units are fully welded, cleaned and polished to a high standard.  To view the different profile designs, please view our Aspen Brochure in the Download Area below.

We can provide detailed CAD drawings for our customers showing exact design proposals for approval.  Once the wall support kerbing has been manufactured and delivered to site, assembly can begin.  The wall support kerbing is levelled, mechanically fixed to the floor slab and then filled with a C30 or C35 semi-dry concrete. After initial cure, the areas become immediately available for panel contractors and installation of our floor finishes.
