Aspen Range - Stainless Steel Drainage Systems

The Aspen Range of high quality, long term durable specialist drainage is designed and manufactured in Nottingham at our sister company, Canal Engineering Ltd.  Included in the range are Drainage Channels and Covers, Drainage Outlets, Drain Connections, and Spot Gullies and Covers.

Aspen Drainage Channels

Our drainage channels are extremely robust, designed to withstand the rigors of heavy industrial environments.  All channels are manufactured from 2mm thick type 304 stainless steel, and feature a stainless steel box section rebate reinforcement to provide increased strength at critical locations.  A perforated stainless steel strip is fixed along the channel outer perimeter to help achieve maximum bond to the interfacing floor finish or joint.  All channels are designed with a standard built-in fall of 1-150 to assist with self-drainage, and are secured by concrete ties welded to the drain sides or mechanically fixed into ceramic floor tiling systems.

Aspen Drainage Channel Outlets

Our range of channels can be matched with varying side and bottom channel outlets.  The channel outlet offers a sealed connection between the sub terrain drainage pipe and the Aspen Channel.  Outlets also incorporate a minimum 50 mm water trap with easy access for rodding, and removable trash baskets to prevent debris from entering the effluent.

Aspen Drainage Channel Covers

We offer a wide variety of drainage channel cover plates to address the various influencing criteria ie. slip profile for safety, cover weight, load capacity, appearance and cleanability.  Choosing the correct cover is as important as any other aspect of the channel to provide the most effective installation.

Drain Connections

We can manufacture and supply / install stainless steel underground waste pipes to complete the drainage package.

Aspen Spot Gullies

The Aspen Spot Gully Range has been designed for use in all environments, and to compliment our range of ceramic and resin flooring systems.  We offer a number of heavy-duty to light-duty designs, of varying sizes and with varying bottom and side outlets.  These gullies feature water traps, trash baskets and covers. We can also design and manufacture bespoke items to suit specific requirements on request.
