Resin flooring and coatings for dairy silos
A variety of John Lord products were utilised during the installation at the brand new Arla Foods dairy facility in Aylesbury. The extensive facility is the largest of its kind in Europe housing a number of operation areas, each with differing environments. John Lord tailored each flooring system in order to meet the demands faced in the various environments within the factory.
In the silos area of the diary facility, John Lord installed their Polymer Crete FC and Uragard HT62W. This formula was chosen for its superior all-round performance. With built-in chemical resistance, exceptional wear, impact and abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance, this heavy-duty floor will ensure a long-standing, safe solution is in place for the processing and distribution of milk.
