Vibrogard HD
Ultrasonic Vibration Industrial Floor Tiling

In 1999 John lord launched Vibrogard HD - a heavy duty, ultrasonically vibrated ceramic tiling system, designed for chemically or physically aggressive environments.  This system is however suitable for a wide variety of environments where long-term durability and overall performance are required.  Vibrogard HD can be laid flat or with in-built falls to specially designed drainage units.  The Vibrogard HD system can be either bonded to the structural substrate or isolated from it by slip membranes. 

Vibrogard HD is a complete system including ceramic tiles, a unique installation technique and a unique resin jointing medium.

Tiles - Vibrogard HD system uses fully vitrified, hexagonal ceramic industrial flooring tiles: 100mm x 110mm x 18mm (other dimensions are available).  These tiles are available in three varying degrees of anti-slip profile: R10 (smooth), R11 (medium) and R12 (aggressive).  Tiles are available with or without cavity joint profiles.
