Fancy Floors for R.A.F Supermarket
John Lord installs at R.A.F Alconbury
RAF Alconburys onsite Commissary recently underwent a complete refurbishment to revive its dated appearance and offer a lighter brighter place to shop on the U.S Airforce base in Cambridge.
The American-style supermarket required a new seamless resin screed that could be easily cleaned and provide an attractive decorative appearence. It was down to John Lord to excavate the old, worn tiled floor and replace it with an Epigard S.Q (Screed Quartz) floor in 'Sand'. Matching coved skirting were also installed to complete the effect.
John Lord also provided the Commissary with 'Aspen Range' stainless steel bespoke inspection hatches and service ducts.
